SAFETY & SUPPORT EQUIPMENT WORK BARGES R. E. Campbell Company, Ltd. fabricates work barges that can be used as work platforms for personnel or storage for construction support equipment. Our standard work barge is 8’ wide, 17’ long, and 2’ deep. It has an empty draft of 6”-7” and a loaded draft of approximately 18”. The maximum capacity is approximately 7,500 lbs. We also have the ability to design a custom work barge to fit your specific needs.
